In-Home Caregiver
RESPONSIBLE for
Companionship and conversation.
Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
Medication and appointment reminders.
Assistance with Personal care.

REQUIREMENTS
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner.
Able to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen.
Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance.
Personal vehicle in order to travel to client’s home.
Mobile phone that can send and receive text.
Complete a TB test and current Flu Shot (medical exemptions accepted).

Training Program
Once hired you will begin our training program. It includes the completion of the Professional Caregiver course by the industry leading Care Academy and our one-on-one Work Safe program. Our comprehensive training makes sure you are confident in your abilities before you are assigned a shift.
Matching Service
After meeting with you and getting to know you better we will match you with a senior that we believe is the right fit for both of you. Most caregivers find they achieve the schedule they want within 6 weeks.
