Home Health aide
RESPONSIBLE for
Assists client with all personal care functions as needed.
Assists client to and from daily activities, including transfers.
Light housekeeping tasks and mealtime assistance.
Ensures required documentation is completed.

REQUIREMENTS
Certified as a Home Health Aide or prior experience as a home health aide.
Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and life heavy objects as needed.
Able to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen.
Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance.
Personal vehicle in order to travel to client’s home.
Mobile phone that can send and receive text.
Current TB test and Flu Shot (medical exemptions accepted).
